The charging dock lights up when plugged in, but handheld unit doesn't turn on after being left on the
charger ~5 minutes. Tried changing the battery pack, to no avail. Unit includes service manual, extra
battery pack, charging station, 2 floppy diskettes, and some other miscellaneous paperwork.
